New Holland acquired Kongskilde Agriculture

After the acquisition of Kong­skilde Industries (company of the Danish group Dansk Landbrugs Grovvareselskab) by CNH Industrial, New Holland Agriculture aims at expanding its range of equipment, starting from February. The business unit includes two plants in Europe, located in Poland and Sweden, as well as other facilities in the EMEA, APAC and NAFTA regions. As a result of this acquisition, New Holland Agriculture will enrich the machinery supply with solutions for soil preparation, seeding, haymaking and feed, including the following brands: Kong­skilde, Överum, Howard and JF. “The acquisition is an important step in our strategy – commented Carlo Lambro, Brand President of New Holland Agriculture – to provide our customers around the world innovative and complete solutions to their farming needs.
