The Peruzzo stand at Fieragricola will spotlight a pair of the best selling lines built by the Curtarolo manufacturer, near Padua, the two Universal Hammer Mill series 700 and 1000. The technology designed for these models is aimed at boosting the output of these mills while reducing noise and flour emissions as well as guaranteeing top quality products. For these purposes, the solutions applied by Peruzzo range from a large diameter auger conveyer and 8 mm thick hammers four times reversible for high peripheral speed to ensure optimum milling of maize and other grains without over heating the flour. Furthermore, enlarging the size of the holes of the screens, made airtight thanks to an external cage, means that the livestock feed flour is uniform and easily digested. The lateral auger conveyer some 3.5 meters long, which can be tipped manually, enhances the versatility of the mill by making it possible not only to discharge the milled product directly into the Unifeed wagon or to the floor without creating flour emissions but also to mill cereals with humidity content up to 35% and, with the application of a special hole screen, maize paste with higher humidity content. According to the information provided by the manufacturer, the hourly production of these machines varies from five to ten tons according to the model and power, which ranges from 88 to 150 kW. These Universal series mills are available in versions with augers or hoppers enlarged with bins to reduce running costs to a minimum and produce flour suitable for cattle and pigs or for firing biogas plants. Peruzzi will also bring along to the trade fair their T2, T3 and T5 Chopper Shredder models and unveil their new Minipel pelletting machines for transforming wood chips, sawdust and green waste into pellets. Making their debut are the E 300 models for medium production at 200/300 kg/h and the E 80 for private or small pellet production needs of 50/80 kg/h.
