The new series of ultra-light and professional brushcutters was the star of the Hitachi stand during the three days of the “Country Life Garden Show” in Monza.

The new Japanese brushcutters, with their small engines, are designed for the professional gardener who requires light but high-performance equipment in terms of power and duration. The brushcutters in this new range are equipped with a “New Pure Fire” 23.9 cc engine for the CG24EBSP (SL) and 26.9 cc for the CG27EBSP (SL), ecological engines that emit 70% less pollutants and reduce CO2 emissions by 50%. They have a piston with two bands, which improves the seal ensuring high compression and high performance throughout the life of the product. The soft-grip single handle is mounted on a 24 mm tube, and the transmission rod is contained in a teflon guide which reduces vibrations. With the S-start primer and start, a spring amplifies the force exerted by the operator, starting the machine with only two fingers, facilitating the start. The gear head has 4 ball bearings instead of the traditional 3, so as to increase its life and reduce vibration.

The new Hitachi products offer high performance and greater comfort for the operator, including: the clutch shoes on the clutch masses to reduce the operating temperature and wear; die-cast aluminium clutch cover, which guarantees high strength and reduces damage due to overheating of the bearings; transmission rod with shock absorbing bushings and equipped with a long teflon sliding guide that ensures reduced vibrations; gear head equipped with spin-lock button to lock the shaft, to facilitate the replacement of the head, and cone coupling supported by 4 ball bearings.
