Nobili brought its prized mulcher models to the EIMA Show for trial demonstrations of the manufacturer’s vast range diversified and multi-purpose machines capable of meeting an equally wide number of farming requirements thanks to their efficient and precision technologies.

The BC Serie 1000. These mulchers are built for full field shredding of all types of crop residues and work on green areas. They feature equipment for ensuring that the operator produces fine and excellent mulch for solving agronomic problems in the management of residues with productive performance and reduced maintenance costs. For the construction of these multi-purpose machines Nobili uses high-resistant steel and bolt skids for the chassis, high dump bodies, wear and tear metal plates and double counter knives for mechanics designed for professional operations. In operation, the BC Series 1000 mulchers can be supported by roller, wheels and also skids for adjusting their working height. Power requirements for the trailed mulchers extend from 90 to 450 Hp and the working widths start at 240 up to 650 centimeters. The reversible model has the option of front or rear mounting and a working width of 280 cm.

The Nobili BP Serie 10. This series are mulcher-shredders semi-mounted coupled to the three-point linkage of the tractor with operatiing height regulated by roller or wheels. These machines from the Bologna manufacturer are ideal for shredding on green areas, grassy crops, corn, vine-shoots and bushes for the maintenance of large green areas and waste land. The multi-purpose BP 10 Series models are tough machines, equipped with rotors for work on eight rows and two counter knives to optimize fine shredding and lower the power requirements.

The TBE and TBE-S Serie 102. These machines are specialized professional mulchers, semi-mounted on the tractor three-point linkage, are equipped with offsetting by a parallelogram arm, ideal for the maintenance of embankments, roadsides and green areas. The chassis and hood are made of high-resistance steel and the lateral shift of the arm is equipped with a safety device for avoiding accidental shocks. Because the TBE and TBE-Series 102 machines are built for professional operations they are designed for long work cycles and demanding operations. Among the strong points of these mulchers is cutting heads which can work at angles of -65° to +90° with the lateral shift and even greater with the TBE-S with the casting unit outside the chassis allowing a more uniform lateral location so the tractor does not run over vegetation. The TBE e TBE-S serie 102 models are built with rotors, pins, support rollers and large skids all in Hardox and are available in versions with working widths of 190, 220, 240 and 260 centimeters.

ECO. This is a range of tractor mounted sprayers for full field spraying of plant treatment products which Nobili markets in three versions for differing work requirements for end-users. The ECO BASIC with tank capacities from 300 to 600 liters, low and high pressure pumps and mechanical hot galvanized booms from 6 to 12 meters in length. The ECO LIGHT features folding hydraulic hot galvanized booms which can be folded from the tractor cab. Then there is the professional line ECO PLUS, a range of professional sprayers (600, 800, 1000 liters) for full field herbicide treatments with hydraulic hot galvanized booms 12, 14 and 15 meters long with 2 pistons for the independent 4 boom arms, self-levelling available in mechanical or automatic versions, and a large number of accessories to add flexibility to these sprayers.
