Restyling and efficiency for the harvesters by Corima

November 2015 | Back

At Agritechnica, the flagship from Corima of Cingoli (Macerata) is the high-productivity “Two-row tomato harvester”. The machine, an evolution of the “multi-row” model, sports an innovative harvesting group and an improved hydraulic system, which guarantees high performance. Other highlights of this model are the improved tomato selection system, which now provides more perfection in the sorting, and the propulsion system with a low-emission electronically controlled engine, compliant with the latest regulations on environmental protection. The Corima technicians also worked on the radiators (broader), the fans (most powerful) and the machine’s design, revisited to ease maintenance operations. Meanwhile, the width of the two-row tomato harvester has been kept at 3.3 metres to allow the machine to travel on roads. Some of the other products from the Marche brand on display in Hanover were the two-row beet harvester “Europe-4x4”, one of the most produced models by Corima; the reliable beet digger-loader; the new trailed sprayer, positioned in a medium to high product range and appreciated both for innovative features and value for money. We should also mention the Decanter, a centrifugal separator suitable for the separation of liquid mixtures with two or three components (one of which is solid) with different densities. In particular, the Decanter developed by the company from Cingoli can be used for the dehydration of domestic or industrial sewage sludge, for water treatment, for various food production processes (including olive oil, tomato, juices), for biomass installations, farms and liquid processing in general.
