S4 technology, optimal seeding management

Shorter working times thanks to intuitive settings; total control over the seeding operations and integrated management of the Tramline; compatibility with all pneumatic seed drill models. These are the strengths of the S4 electronic system developed by MC Elettronica of Fiesso Umbertano (Rovigo), which allows you to control the dosage of product distributed automatically by the machine. The S4 technology allows you to monitor seeds passing on a maximum of 4 sowing lines; the seeder - reads the manufacturer's website - is divided into 4 independent sectors, while some dedicated actuators manage the opening and closing of the doors positioned above the distributors. Furthermore, thanks to the Tramline function, the operator can exclude the sowing rows through special valves. The S4 system includes the Virtual Terminal Slim 3.5" (colour graphic display with language scrolling menus, advanced diagnostic functions, text alerts, colour light bars to indicate device operation, and acoustic signals), the Ecu DC Motor for engine speed control, the Tramline motorized valves, and the ECU dedicated to managing the Tramline (excluding the rows) and all the accessory functions. The S4 technology also includes Blockage photocells to check the ON/OFF passage or the clogging (of granular fertilizer or seeds) even in high dust conditions (thanks to the seeder's ADC system) provided that the duct has the same diameter as the photocell. Lastly, it should be noted that by adding the ECU Bridge module to the standard system components, the seeder becomes ISOBUS compatible using the Universal Terminals on the tractors.
