Bonino, on-demand harvesting technologies

Bonino, a company of Sommariva Bosco (Cuneo), is a specialist in the design and production of super customized special machines for the harvesting of aromatic herbs, medicines and leafy vegetables. The spearhead in this area is the new and super-performing Lavender Harvester Mower. “These machines - the company explains - are tailor-made for the customer: size, choice of cutting and harvesting systems, pitch, load capacity, etc. are decided together with the customer. Each Bonino special machine has a specific configuration that is designed according to the type and variety of crop, the type of soil on which it will work and according to other specific needs of the operator”.

Bonino also designs and manufactures the self-loading mowing wagons, called Trisystem. These machines perform three activities in a single work phase: they cut the grass, load it on the wagon and distribute it automatically in the barn’s feeders. These features allow operators to reduce their workload and thus have more free time.

Bonino self-loading mowing wagons are ideal for feeding cows with fresh grass, providing a high quality diet that results in high quality milk and meat production. Milk, for example, will be rich in CLA (linoleic acid with antioxidant and anti-cancer properties) which has many health benefits.
