Emak revamps its lawnmower range
Emak is revamping its range of lawnmowers under the Efco and Oleo-Mac brands. The restyling and the introduction of new models affect several lines and among the main new features stands out the debut of the ALLROAD FLEX 4. The Efco LR 53 TK ALLROAD FLEX 4 and Oleo-Mac G 53 TK ALLROAD FLEX 4 are distinctive for the ease of adjusting the cutting height, thanks to the wheel lift lever. Ease of use also sees the implementation of a new handlebar attachment system that allows for intuitive tilt adjustment. Added to this is the ability to use four different cutting modes: rear collection, side discharge with deflector, mulching function and direct discharge to the ground. The technicians of the Emilian company – Emak is headquartered in Bagnolo in Piano, near Reggio Emilia – have made further aesthetic and functional changes to the models of the ALLROAD series. The most significant changes have been to components such as the wheels, now mounted on bearings that improve smoothness and fluidity of movement on any type of terrain, and on the control panel, now equipped with a metal lever that regulates the machine's speed. Also new is the basket door, which makes it easier to close the discharge compartment when the bag is installed; when the bag is removed, the door closes automatically, allowing the mower to be used in rear discharge mode. Furthermore, as the manufacturer specifies in a technical note, these changes have been made not only on the ALLROAD series but also to other models in the Emak range. Sturdiness and load capacity are the strong points of the MR/LUX 55 Series, available in the Efco MR 55 TK and Oleo-Mac LUX 55 TK models. Equipped with aluminium transmission and wheels, and with an 80 liter collection bag, the MR/LUX 55 lawnmowers are powered by the Emak K 805 OHV engine and can work on large surfaces of more than 2,300 square meters. These mowers have been designed for intense and continuous use.
