Battery-powered equipment, Emak expands its range

Emak continues to focus on sustainable innovation, launching new models in the 40 V battery-powered range under the Efco and Oleo-Mac brands. These include the PTi 35 and PPi 35 pruners, DSi 35 HL and BCi 35 HL pole hedge trimmers, DSi 35 and BCi 35 brush cutters, and DSi 35 D and BCi 35 D multi-function brush cutters. These tools round out the range of zero-emission technologies designed for hobbyists, which includes – in addition to the new entries – a chainsaw, a hedge trimmer, a brush cutter, a blower and five lawnmower models. The new battery-powered equipment, designed with a brushless motor adjacent to the battery and a mechanical transmission identical to that of gas-powered machines, are particularly robust and reliable, and vector control electronics helps to reduce energy loss, improving efficiency and extending working autonomy. The new models share Constant Power technology with the entire 40 V range, which provides constant performance until the battery is completely drained. The PTi 35 and PPi 35 pruners are designed for pruning trees with medium-sized branches, even at heights greater than 2.5 meters. Lightness and resistance are the characteristic features of the DSi 35 HL and BCi 35 HL pole hedge trimmers, equipped with a powerful brushless motor, a steel transmission and an adjustable blade for precise interventions even in the most difficult to reach areas. The DSi 35 and BCi 35 brushcutters, on the other hand, are suitable for trimming edges, lawns and flowerbeds; the Load&Go Compact Ø 103 mm head makes reloading easier and quicker. The DSi 35 D and BCi 35 D multi-function models are distinguished by their versatility, with an interchangeable tool kit that allows them to transform into a brush cutter, hedge trimmer and pruner, providing a complete solution for home greenery maintenance.
